Learning and creating new things is done at an individual level.
The whole organisational learning applies to "tried and true" things that have been discoverd by individuals and fed back.
NeoScholar I think, is an attempt is collate the pieces on information people have, and find correlations with other people. As Ben said, It's people on the internet that have posted a solution to our problem, not companies.
Like del.icio.us, Furl.net, Amazon.com suggestions etc al, the whole idea is social interactions between real people.
Most of this stuff relates to feedback loops (as in positive or negative feedback loops)

When we can't find the book by ISBN, have a link to find other books by this ISBN.
Our page scan options (looking for ISBNS,books), could also cache the page so that we can search for IMDB references tt0110413 or even Amazon B000000 etc references to movies and music

- First poster has their tags displayed
Shipping information
Abebooks can return shipping information in the API.
Need to be able for the user to set their destination, and price the shipping accordingly.
