Eve – Network Monitoring, Cyberpunk style
Somewhere, in the primordial goo left over from the game System Shock, Ethereal Packet sniffer and Neuromancer, evolved EVE.

While not quite Neocron or Dystopia it actually serves a purpose, that of monitoring your network.
I downloaded and installed this at home .. it’s pretty cool. When I fired up my BitTorrent client, there was stuff being fired everywhere !
